- Global ERP & PPM system implementations.
- INEOS, Runcorn: K125 refrigerant line dismantle and ship to India for installation (Ineos Fluor –COMAH Site). This project was on a stringent time line and had the highest site standards due to the nature of the work being undertaken. Despite the various challenges this project was delivered on time and below budget.
- Solid to Liquid Filtration Plants (SASOL SLFC) Project Oryx; Constructed, deconstructed and exported modular petrochemical plants.
- Moses Mabhida Stadium (Durban, South Africa): Programme of Works:
Project management and Installation consultant for the erection of the arch & compression ring.
Directed installation of pre-cast stairs around stadium.
Planned the installation & removal of temporary stadium capacity extension for the 2010 world cup events. - TGS/Zest- Mondi Richards Bay 3rd Turbine and generator installation project.
- Nestle Escort, Egron 5 Coffee Plant upgrade.
- HOSAF Fibers, 650 MTD PET plant upgrade project.
- Multiple bridge installation projects with Pre-cast Bridge beams both post and pre-stressed sections.
- Designed mining and military equipment simulators from initial concept to final design and production via analysis and computer aided design. Tested designs, identified and fixed potential issues and drafted detailed technical instructions for simulators’ use. Oversaw the manufacturing process, providing advice to ensure proper build/function of equipment.
- FMCG filling lines, Orchestrated upgrades and implementation of new equipment by developing broad specification and formulation of components for manufacturing plant in alignment with requirements. Improved production by re-engineering and modifying designs of existing plant and machinery. Created, built, and tested conveyor systems, optimising existing designs and increasing efficiency.
- Plant shut down Projects for SAPPI: Design works for various components, thickness tests, pressure testing, acid washing, boiler refurbishment works
- QA/QC punch listing.
- Phalaborwa Mining Co, Reverb Furnace demolition and rebuild.
